We don't usually eat beetroot in Spain but I guess you might find it in a supermarket and the soup really looks delicious. Jelly is also a typical dessert here, delicious and easy to make. I trully like it. I love your recipes.
It's an interesting soup.I really like beetroot and it seems vey easy. Maybe I try to do it in home.And about the jelly dessert,it looks really good too ,but i don't like very much the fruits.Maybe I do it with other thing!
The jelly desert looks delicious the same as the cold beetroot soup,but I prefer jelly desert because I don't like some ingredients of the beetroot soup. I will try to prepare it at home!
I have never tasted cold beetroot soup. In my house we prepare other types of soup but I hope in the future I can try it. And I think the jelly dessert is very tasty but I don´t like gums very much.
